Is there a charge for the site visit and measurement?
No. Project visits and measurements within Behinwin’s service area are free of charge.
What warranties are provided?
All Butia and Sindej profiles carry a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty from the production date against discoloration and defects caused by profile manufacturing. Behinwin provides a two-year warranty for hardware and a two-year warranty for insulated glass units against fogging or condensation inside the sealed cavity between the panes; glass breakage is not covered. Behinwin remains available to provide service and follow up on reported problems for up to ten years. Services provided after the two-year warranty period are chargeable.
Do you undertake projects outside Kerman?

What should I send for an initial review?

Which glass configuration provides better sound insulation?
Acoustic performance depends on more than using two panes. Asymmetrical pane thicknesses, cavity width, laminated glass, frame sealing, and correct installation all matter. The right configuration should be selected after identifying the source and intensity of the noise.
Can old windows be replaced with minimal disruption?
In many projects, yes. The existing frame, usable opening dimensions, and fixing method must first be inspected. Before contracting, we define the removal scope, any stone or plaster repairs, and how waste will be handled.
What is the difference between tempered and laminated glass?
Tempered glass offers greater thermal and mechanical strength and breaks into small fragments. Laminated glass uses an interlayer to retain broken pieces, making it the safer choice for balustrades and locations with a fall risk.
