Proven Materials, Clear Warranties

All Butia and Sindej profiles carry a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty from the production date against discoloration and defects caused by profile manufacturing. Behinwin provides a two-year warranty for hardware and a two-year warranty for insulated glass units against fogging or condensation inside the sealed cavity between the panes; glass breakage is not covered. Behinwin remains available to provide service and follow up on reported problems for up to ten years. Services provided after the two-year warranty period are chargeable.

Why Behinwin?

A Traceable Technical Process, from System Selection to Installation

The quality of a double-glazed window or glass facade depends on far more than the profile or glass brand. Surveying, engineering, system selection, fabrication details, transport, and installation all affect durability, weather resistance, insulation, and the finished appearance. Behinwin manages these stages as one connected process, carrying the same design intent from the drawings to the factory and the project site.

Manufactured in Our Own Facility

Dedicated uPVC, aluminum, and glass divisions allow each order to enter production from the project’s actual drawings and window schedule. Frame and sash dimensions, glass specification, profile series and finish, hardware, and installation location are checked before final assembly. Keeping these disciplines together reduces errors caused by incomplete handoffs between sales, manufacturing, and installation teams.

A System Selected for the Project

No single solution suits every building. Opening dimensions, building height, solar orientation, wind pressure, use, architectural constraints, and budget all influence the choice between uPVC, standard or thermal-break aluminum, curtain wall, frameless, and other glazing systems. The recommendation should be based on those conditions—not simply on a generic price list.

Traceable Warranties & Service

Independent installation teams working alongside the production divisions allow transport planning, installation sequence, unit locations, and sealing requirements to be resolved before the products reach site. The goal is not simply to deliver windows or glass; the completed work must match the dimensions, details, and performance approved during the technical review.

Practical Solutions

Window and Glass-Facade Services for Every Building Type

Behinwin’s services range from double-glazed windows for homes to the design and installation of glazed envelopes for office, commercial, and industrial buildings. We select the system only after reviewing performance requirements, architectural intent, and site conditions.

uPVC and Aluminum Double-Glazed Windows

uPVC is an efficient, well-insulated option for many residential, renovation, and repeated-window projects. For larger openings, slimmer sightlines, special finishes, or greater structural demands, we assess standard and thermal-break aluminum systems. Glass, hardware, and internal reinforcement are specified for the actual dimensions and installation location.

Curtain Wall, Frameless & Glazed Facades

A glazed facade must do more than define a building’s appearance; it must accommodate wind, water, temperature changes, and structural movement. In mullion-and-transom curtain walls, face-cap systems, and frameless facades, preliminary engineering, grid layout, profile and glass selection, connection details, and weather sealing must be designed together. Precise execution reduces the risk of costly remedial work after occupancy.

Architectural Glass, Partitions & Glass Railings

Our services also include double-glazed units, resin-laminated glass, office glass partitions, and glass railings. Glass thickness and make-up, hardware, fixing points, and supporting construction must suit the use and safety requirements of each space. Acoustic control and circulation matter for partitions; for railings, glass safety and the integrity of the structural connection come first.

FAQ

What Should You Know Before Ordering Double-Glazed Windows?

These answers help us prepare a more accurate estimate and select a system suited to the building.

What information is needed to price double-glazed windows?

Approximate opening dimensions, window quantities, opening types, project city, and the building’s current stage are useful for an initial estimate. Architectural drawings or a window schedule allow greater accuracy. Final pricing can be issued once the profile system, glass, hardware, finish, transport conditions, and installation details are defined.

Is uPVC or Thermal-Break Aluminum the Better Choice?

The answer depends on dimensions, architecture, budget, and performance expectations. uPVC is well insulated and cost-effective for many residential window types. Thermal-break aluminum offers advantages for large openings, slim designs, varied finishes, and projects with greater structural demands. The decision should follow a review of the project’s actual window types.

Do You Provide Site Visits and Measurement in Kerman?

Yes. Site visits and measurement can be arranged for projects in Kerman. Start by sending the location, building type, approximate number of openings, and project schedule. After the initial review, we will arrange a suitable time to verify dimensions and discuss the proposed system.

When Should a Curtain Wall Be Reviewed?

Curtain-wall review should begin before the facade and supporting-structure details are finalized. Facade geometry, structural connection points, wind load, glass modules, drainage paths, and installation access all affect system selection. Involving the facade contractor too late can lead to costly changes to the structure, glass, or architectural drawings.

How Long Do Window or Glass-Facade Production and Installation Take?

Lead time depends on order volume, system type, profile finish and availability, glass specification, unit complexity, and site readiness. Once drawings and technical specifications are approved, we issue a project-specific production and installation schedule. A ready supporting structure and verified site dimensions are essential to avoiding delays.
